Nicole our server and bar tender for the night was very nice. They had a special $5 dead pool cherry bomb which we didn't want and offered us a other drink of our choice for $5 instead. Boyfriend got a wiskey and coke and enjoyed it while we waited for our dinner to be ready. There was a baseball game on the TV by the bar and at 8pm about an hour before they closed and still clean. It took about 20 minutes which was fine. I had a create your own which I prefer to have a little of everything. I really like that everything is made fresh to order and I can pick the meat,, spices, vegetables, and sauces all on my own. I mixed steak, sausage, chicken, garlic, ginger, pepper, mushrooms, onions, and chili sauce. Boyfriend got their firey chicken with steak and said it was perfect. He had never been before and said next time he would pick his own seasonings. Their brown rice was fluffy. The coke machine which is important to me the coke was extra sweet, but they were sadly out of other flavored syrups. I had downloaded the app while we were eating and got a free drink. After I got home I got an email for a free small chef bowl and pot stickers. So down load the app if you plan on going here.

What a concept. Tell the server your base. You fill a bowl with protein and vegetables. The guy at the grill cooks it up for you. Ambience is quiet at 45 minutes to close. Typical restaurant seating and plenty of tables. Hard plastic bowls and plasticware in a baggy. Place seems clean enough. They are careful to separate the bowls for raw meat and chicken from the serving bowls in the end. Looks like a slam dunk at dinner time. Except when we went to gather our portion, they bussed our table. Took the drinks, receipts, tableware and chopsticks. Now the grillman can't cook our dinner without the receipt or a copy of the order. So he snaps at us. PRO TIP: Learn every step you need to fulfill BEFORE eating here. Worst case, clarify everything with the server when you arrive. Once we got everything back on track it was a fabulous experience. I packed my medium sized bowl so well and high, I ate three more times at home on the leftovers. Quickly. They took the iced tea canisters to the back because they were 30 minutes from closing, probably cleanup procedure. I asked the young man if he could just grab a couple glasses of tea and call them refills. He did one better by bringing the tea back out to us. I liked it! It was my first time here but was told what it was. HERES THE SECRET -- KNOW what ingredients you want to combine. If you throw anything together and it doesn't taste good, you're at fault. But if it tastes GREAT, then it's also your fault. But you'll be more impressed. Anyway, it's a decent place to eat.

The customer service & overall taste made this a 4 star review. They were pretty busy around 5:45pm, weren't out until like 7pm, and this was a to go order. Concept is like any other Mongolian food joint pay for your bowl size and add veggies of your liking as well as protein. Many different option to pick from but you can tell some aren't fresh. The manager was super friendly, checked in on us multiple times and brought our order up when it was ready. Wished they offered a complimentary drink when wait times are long to compensate. Place feels a bit dark, specially the bar area. Food was still warm and tasted delicious when we got home. Lots of parking available!
